I'm not going to go in-depth on Videogate, it's been hashed, re-hashed, folded, spindled, mutilated, but I just wanted to express one thing.
The punishment was not enough on the draft pick end.
The fines were appropriate to me, but the Pats should have lost a 3rd rounder in addition to the 1st (yes, they're making the playoffs, so don't bother with the #2-3 thing). In fact, they should have lost a 1st and a 3rd, period, no matter what the outcome of the season.
This is a stain on a proud franchise, and quite frankly, they don't need this shit to roll through the league.
It's a disgrace, and cannot be tolerated.
